Previous experience in a similar role within the service industry, preferably in a high-end retail environment.

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.

Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock checks.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and maintaining accurate records.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation among the store team.
