Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Assist customers in finding the right clothing and accessories, offering expert advice and guidance.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our product range, including fabrics, fits, and styles.
Ensure the store is well-presented, with merchandise neatly displayed and organized, restocking from the local warehouse, as necessary.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Stay up to date with industry trends and fashion knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the service industry.
