360 Degree Recruitment Consultant


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced 360-Degree Recruiter to join our team. This role is for One of our prestigious clients. They are in look out for someone dynamic, passionate and Go-getter to join MITRAS and help our client’s onsite team of staffs and help them with 360’ Recruitment Support.

A recruiter interested in learning the process and upgrading your 180-recruiter profile to 360-recruiter profile is also welcome to apply for the Job.


Proven Track record of find new business opportunities via LinkedIn, other social media, and business listing portals.

Qualified Lead generation, finding POC, contact details such as email, number and LinkedIn etc. and updating the details to the CRM.

Should know how to search new opportunities, reach out to the decision makers, understand the pain points and provide the right solution tailor made to the prospect’s need.

Making100 calls and send emails to prospects, approaching to schedule meetings with the directors.

Should have experience in Terms of Business preparation, Getting them signed.

Should be good at taking follow-ups from the prospects.

Identify talent gaps and understand the need to hire new resources.

Use various online and offline sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.

Assess the suitability of candidates for the role.

Ensure that new hires are properly integrated into the organization.

Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.


(Primary) Proficiency in Communications, Updated on recruitment industry trends, Suggests possible disruption strategies

Strong understanding of Best Practices, current and future of Skills and Work Culture.

Proficient in using Recruitment tools.

Good, analytical skills and able to provide insights on improving services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
