This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a UK Recruiter. As a UK recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our UK clients. You will source, screen, and interview candidates to fill a variety of positions in various industries. You will work closely with the client to ensure their hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively. The Applicant should have recent work experience with any RPO and should have catered to UK-based staffing agencies
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Job Portals, databases, references, etc.
Knowledge of the Tax terms, Visa Terms, and all the CRM and ATS.
Experience with recruiting tools and technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other Job boards.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Prepare a tracker in Excel or any other tools for Weekly, Monthly Analysis
Should have British Accent in communications
Should know UK’s geography very well
Should be aware of the cultural differences in UK’s geographical landscape
SShould be aware of the UK’s Political sensitivities and its psychological affect on discussion points

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
